Australia for Study also offers a wide range of other online courses in Administration, Business, Computing, Customer Service, Education, Finance, Hospitality, IT and Management. Once you have been registered as an Australia for Study Agent we will introduce you to the other course options.
Who can join as an Australia for Study agent?
We are accepting applications from education agents from around the world, and will be assessing all applications before registering them. We will accept all Agents who operate professional, ethical businesses, in keeping with the business ethos of Australia for Study.
How does the Australia for Study agency system work?
Once you apply to become an agent for Australia for Study through the agent sign-up page (link) and we accept your application, we will send you a user name and password. With that user name and password, you will be able to log onto our website and access marketing materials that you can use to sell the Diploma of Business Administration. You can use these materials in either their original form or modify them to better suit your needs.
You will also be given access to banner advertisements and buttons which you can place on your web site, as well as downloadable brochures. The banner advertisements and buttons will link from your website to the Australia for Study web site. We have in place the technology to identify and track students coming from your web site, so you will automatically receive commissions for any students that sign up for the Diploma after being directed from your site.
When you sign up a student for the Online Diploma of Business Administration, we will tag that student with your Agency ID, and your account will be credited with any commissions relating to that student.
What is an agent network?
An agent network is a network of agents and agents selling a product, in this case an online diploma course, to customers. Australia for Study agrees to pay the agent a fixed commission for each course sold.
What are your responsibilities as an agent?
As an agent, your responsibility will be to actively market, promote and fairly represent Australia for Study and our Online courses to prospective students.

We will do everything we can to assist you to sell the Online courses.

Because Online Diploma students gain one full year’s credit towards this degree, this is an attractive option for them.
- We will take care of all billing and commission payments.

What does Australia for Study do with my personal details?
Your personal details are kept secure and only used by us to communicate with you. We do not harvest or sell your e-mail address or other personal details.
Creating marketing materials
How do I make use of the marketing materials?
Once you are registered and logged in to the Australia for Study web site, - you can download the course brochures directly. They are available as Acrobat .pdf files. You can also link your web site directly to ours.
How do I create links on my web site?
Once you are registered and logged in to the Australia for Study web, you can browse and access the banner links and buttons. To create links on your web site, you can copy and paste these banners and buttons directly onto your web site. Our tracking software will be able to tell when students have linked to our site from yours, and if they sign up for a course directly with us you will still receive the commission. We will be able to track 'your' students even if they leave the site and return later.
Can I make my own marketing materials?
We will provide the course brochures as customisable Acrobat .pdf files with a space for your own logo and contact information. You are welcome to make use of these materials. We will provide the brochure in a format that will allow you to translate the information into other languages, but we will not provide the translation service for you. We will not be held responsible for any additional claims you make about the course that do not accurately reflect the material we provide.
We will also provide banners that you can modify to include your own logo alongside ours. However, the banner must still link to our website.
Payments: tracking and reporting
How much can I earn?
How much commission you can earn depends on how many Australia for Study courses you can sell. There is no limit to your potential income. We will provide a 10% commission (AUD $1,180) for every online Diploma of Business Administration course sold. The more you sell, the more commission income you can earn.
How do I monitor my commissions?
Monitoring your commissions is easy. Simply log in to our website using your login name and password, and you will be able to track your commissions by date, or by student.
How do you keep track of my students?
Before students have signed up for the course, we keep track of them with cookies, widely used internet tracking files. Once they have signed up for the course, their student file will be tagged with your agent number and linked to your account.
What happens if a student decides to do a second course?
If a student completes a Diploma of Business Administration and decides to continue their education at CQUniversity, with a Bachelor of Business or any other course, you will be paid a commission for the degree course as well as the commission you originally received for the Diploma.
What happens if a student cancels a course?
If a student cancels a course before beginning it, and receives a refund, or provides fraudulent credit card details, your commission account will be debited for any commission already paid.
Can I have multiple agents listed under one agent?
Yes. If you have several education agents working within one agency, they can be listed as one agent. Commissions for these agents will then be paid to the one account, even if the agency operates several web sites and offices in different cities.
